Parents are navigating a perfect storm: demanding work, overloaded schedules, worries about kids’ mental health and constant battles over screens – all while trying to hold everything together. Join Ruth E. Freeman, LCSW and Aaron Weintraub, MS from Peace At Home Parenting Solutions for a lively Lunch & Learn conversation about one of the most powerful resources families have: connection.

We’ll explore why children need strong relationships more than ever in a screen-saturated world and why parents need people to lean on, too. We’ll consider barriers to those important connections as well. You’ll discover practical ways to reduce screen struggles, strengthen the parent-child connection and replace the pressure to “do it all” with a healthier model of cascading care: receiving support so we have more patience, presence and care to give.
