Call For Nominations for the CUWFA Board for the 2012-2015 Term

CUWFA members interested in running for the Board for the upcoming term, 2012-2015, are encouraged to read the Statement of Board Members' Roles and Responsibilities and download and complete the Board Member Candidate Form. Please email your completed Candidate Form to Beth Sullivan, bsulliva@umich.edu, by January 25, 2012.

The CUWFA Board is comprised of up to 15 members plus the Past President. Elections are held annually for up to 1/3 of the Board, or 5 members. Board members serve for terms of three (3) years.  To encourage broad participation, build organziational leadership, and bring new energy and ideas, Board members may not serve more than two consecutive terms. 

The call for nominations is made by the end of the year and elections are held during early Winter, in January or February. Board terms begin with the Annual Conference held in the Spring.
